The fully automatic dosing system for optimum activation of liquid polymers.

The system is mounted on a compact V4A base frame, including control cabinet, for easy operation and maintenance.
The perforated floor element ensures a high level of cleaning convenience. The REIFOMAT 500 is equipped with lockable castors for better transportation or mobile use.

With the aid of a continuously variable eccentric screw pump, liquid polymer is drawn from a container and conveyed into the inverting block via two separate dosing lines and inverting nozzles and mixed with the process water using laminar and turbulent flow.

In combination with a subsequent expansion and compression section, a defined, gentle shearing of the macromolecules and almost 100% activation with minimum maturing time and high efficiency is achieved.

The integrated transfer pump ensures that the working solution is transported to a maturing container, even over long distances, and also ensures intensive homogenization of the prepared polymer solution.

If there is a lack of space or when used for mechanical sludge thickening with low dosing rates, the ready-mixed polymer solution can also be dosed directly into the demand line.
